What about getting lucky in our life? Ya, Especially in businness. Make sure that you are not born to be lucky but you born to create your own luck. Just create your own version of getting lucky. Nobody are pure lucky before their create their own luck with the hardest time of try everything to make it happen.

1. Leadership
Why leadership is important? And why Leadership in number one? I think you all know about the definition of CEO. CEO means A chief executive officer (CEO) or the highest-ranking executive in a company, whose primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors (the board) and corporate operations and being the public face of the company. And how about people who want to be CEO but they don’t have leadership skills? Nothing.
2. Create a vision
Once the vision is created, a good leaders double it. Vision giving big energy to the company. Without visio? The company has no clear direction and purpose
3. Be Inspiring
Once you have a vision, and you can engage other people especially your stakeholder to work together to achieve the company goal and you automatically be inspiring. Why? Because as a CEO you can handle your team, your engaged to customer and have positive impact to others.
4. Create the right culture
A big part of making excellence a habit is making mistakes. A great culture make mistakes safe. not a metter of personal embarrassment or potential punishment.
